Drop-off Policy
For same day turnaround, bikes are required to be dropped off before 10:00AM on the selected day. If you need to drop a bike off for a same day service, please call the store in advance to confirm if this is possible.
Cost estimate is based on labor costs, parts will incur additional costs.
If you are planning on doing an evening bike dropoff; please book for the day after as this is when we will fix your bike.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Service options are a guide, and your bike will be fully assessed on drop off by one of our mechanics. They will recommend what is best for your bike and give you a full quote. All work will be confirmed with you before proceeding
Replacement parts and accessories are not included in the service prices advertised
We are unable to work on any e-bikes that have been unrestricted or modified (for power output of greater than 250W, or assistance above 25km/hr). If you are unsure, please give the workshop a call to ensure we can help you before bringing your e-bike in to the workshop
